RK Tek Inc. herein states that these products and modifications are custom in nature and are used in racing and other special performance applications with installation by buyers, laypersons, and in some instances, professional persons. Because of the custom nature, racing applications and other limitless application variables, all performance products and modifications are sold without warranty.

RK Tek Inc. hereby disclaims any responsibility for failure due to improper assembly, modification of parts or instructions, neglect, abuse, accident and/or normal wear, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Performance parts installation and use require a high level of technical and mechanical skill.

RK Tek Inc. disclaims any liability for personal injury and/or property damage which result from the use of any of these products or parts these may affect.

RK Tek Inc. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential dam-ages. Installation of these parts could adversely affect the vehicle manufacturer's warranty coverage. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly or reinstallation of such items will allowed.

RK Tek Inc. does not authorize any other person to assume for RK Tek Inc. any other liability or additional warranties in connection with the products sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties of collateral to or affecting this agreement.

RK Tek Inc. states that the addition of the product or modification can greatly increase the top speed, acceleration and effect the handling of snowmobiles, and can be dangerous and hazardous to ones health. Caution should be taken to allow for braking distances and handling.

RK Tek Inc. SHALL NOT WARRANT, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

RETURNS

All returns are for exchange or credit only. No refunds given. Returns for credit must be received within 20 days of shipment and MUST include a copy of the original invoice. All returned items must be in new condition. No returns on used merchandise. A firm 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
